At this time, we only accept Bitcoin and PayPal. We used to accept credit cards, but this has always resulted in restrictions on our bank accounts.
Will you ship the missing orders again or pay for them?
We are only able to compensate you due to the nature of the online tobacco industry!
Why would you turn down international bank transfers and credit cards?
Although credit card networks enable tobacco retailers to accept payments, foreign bank transfers come at a high cost.
What countries do you ship items to, and what is the cost of doing so?
We ship worldwide, with the possible exception of North Korea and Russia! And we’ll pay for shipping.
How much time will it take for my order to arrive?
The duration of shipment varies from three to thirty-five days, depending on the destination. For the majority of countries, delivery should take no more than two weeks from the day of shipping. We are still attempting to understand how the postal system works because we have had packages delivered to the USA in three days straight and occasionally it would take 35 days to send to France. We apologize for not being able to address the rather arbitrary nature of the delivery time, but we guess it’s understandable.
Help, I'm out of smokes. Could you please send this sooner?
We are sorry, but we are unable to send more quickly. Some express carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others refuse to handle tobacco products. We employ Express Mail Service (EMS) and typically advise smokers to place a “refill” order no later than 4 weeks before the current supply runs out. This calculation should protect you against issues and account for any shipment delays.
Would you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we do. Recall that shipments need to be signed at the time of pick-up or delivery.
What does the package look like, and is it discreet?
This neat white, padded cardboard box from Moldova looks like a wrapped book and has no external mention of tobacco.
Is it feasible to deliver something with a phoney name?
We strongly advise against it because the shipment will be lost if the post office holds onto your package for you and you are unable to get it with your ID.
Must I sign when my delivery is made?
Your local postie will ultimately decide whether or not to require your signature on our packages, though this is not always the case. We are certain that if the package does not fit through the parcel door chute and you are not home when it is delivered, you will need a legitimate ID to pick it up from your neighborhood post office. We also discourage placing orders using false identities because of this.
Are the cigarettes that are being sold on your website real? Where were they produced?
You’re undoubtedly pondering this given our low prices; we go into this in our answer to the next question. They are, in reality, entirely authentic, sealed, and made in their own factories across Europe, under the supervision of the respective trademark owners. All of the cigarettes available on our website, depending on the brand, are produced in Greece, Portugal, Moldova, or Ukraine (Slava Ukraini); we get them directly from the main wholesalers to cut out the intermediaries. You can verify that each of them has real excise stamps on the packs because we also pay all local duty, excise, and VAT taxes. Please be aware that the warning labels on the packs may differ from the ones seen and that they are most likely written in Georgian, Ukrainian, or Romanian.
How are you able to charge so little? The same brands cost twice or three times more if I buy them locally.
We purchase and export them from developing countries in Eastern Europe, where the price of cigarettes is significantly lower than in the West. The standard of life differs widely throughout the countries on this earth; as long as this difference persists, i.e., as long as you people continue borrowing, an opportunity for arbitrage will present itself and be taken advantage of. It also helps to know who sets the prices of cigarettes in the West.
"Non-FSC"—what does that mean?
In a nutshell, non-FSC cigarettes are “old-school” smokes made without the use of fire retardant on the paper during manufacture. Fire safe cigarettes are designed to extinguish more quickly than non-FSC cigarettes if ignored, which is a drawback. The drawback is that inhaling whole new classes of unusual chemicals is required, even if there are no known long-term health effects of doing so. Certain American customers claim that there is a noticeable difference in flavor between FSC and non-FSC cigarettes, with the former having a taste more comparable to copper or metallic.
TL;DR is Our marketed cigarettes have less intriguing chemicals and burn more quickly. Enjoy the clear, fresh flavor of our tobacco in general, but exercise caution when delaying! Locally, it’s not really apparent.
Does buying cigarettes from you violate the law?
That is a common misconception, even though ordering cigarettes online and receiving them by mail is completely legal. Should you still feel uneasy about this, please look into this on your own and let us know if you find any laws that forbid the online purchase of cigarettes.
Everything about this feels too good to be true. What's the catch, then?
Well, it sounds great, but what we’re really doing here is seizing the opportunity for economic arbitrage that exists right now. The cigarettes from Eastern Europe are incredibly cheap; we only give you access to those prices, minus our commission (it takes a lot of work, after all).
Is there a bulk discount program?
You bet, but keep in mind that while sharing with loved ones is fine, selling tax-free cigarettes locally is probably against the law.
Will you compensate me if I am requested to pay the excise tax?
A valid reason why we stay away from that. Actually, two do. First of all, we don’t want to promote dishonesty; seizure warning letters are already outrageous and heavily edited. Secondly, rather than financing the refunds through an increase in general rates, we would much rather maintain our costs as low as possible and share the (although small) seizure risk with our clients. In general, this risk is either negligible, benign, or nonexistent (the final price remains below the local market price). This is mentioned in the previous response.
You most absolutely have the legal right to refuse the delivery and have it returned to us if you live in a country with rigorous customs and your box is halted because you are angry about having to pay tax. We return every incoming mail to the customer at no further cost.
Will excise taxes be due from me?
The succinct answer is that “A stands for no.” The lengthy explanation goes like this: based on your country of origin, several nations, such as the USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, and others, have never demanded that our customers pay any kind of tax in the previous six years, not even in the extremely rare instances where customs officers have personally inspected the shipments’ contents. Several countries, notably the UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, impose an excise tax on occasion. However, based on our observations, this occurs no more frequently than 10% of the time. In actuality, only a small number end up receiving a thorough inspection because the volume of mail received makes it impracticable to scan and verify the contents of each and every item that arrives. What’s strange is that in certain countries (like Australia and New Zealand), the money you give us plus the applicable tax will still end up being less than what you would pay locally for the identical cigarettes. and just roughly 10% are initially inspected!
I like the way you work within a flawed system. Could I help you?
Whoa, did we just state that we adored you? You can really help us out by telling people about our little business, both online and in person. Regards.
